Description

You will design, analyze, and code mainframe applications using DB2, CICS, JCL, and Focus Tools. You will own the software delivery lifecycle with a focus on requirements, design, and development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, performing systems support, security reviews, and maintenance tasks.
• Develop and maintain applications using DB2, CICS, JCL, and Perl/Shell scripting.
• Execute testing and application support activities in a global environment.
• Prioritize business impact and urgency while multi-tasking effectively.
• Utilize tools like Changeman, IBM Debug Tool, and Fault Analyzer for development and debugging.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Mainframe Development.
• Strong proficiency in DB2, CICS, and JCL Batch processing.
• Experience with Focus Tools including Changeman.
• Scripting skills in PERL and SHELL.
• Working knowledge of GIT and UNIX.
• Familiarity with IBM Debug Tool, Fault Analyzer, and DB2 Query Monitor.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills
