Description

Develop, enhance, and support enterprise-grade mainframe applications for global equity compensation products.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and CICS.
• Analyze complex production problems and derive optimal end-to-end solutions.
• Perform unit testing and ensure system stability within the MVS environment.
• Collaborate with business peers and management to define and deliver requirements.
• Participate in agile development squads to support Stock Plan Services.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in mainframe application development.
• Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, and MVS.
• Experience with IBM utilities, Endeavor ISPF, and TSO.
• Familiarity with Control-M for job scheduling.
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing production issues.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and business partners.
• Experience working in an agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• Background in equity compensation or financial services systems.
• Experience with HTML-based mainframe interfaces.
