Description

You will maintain and enhance mainframe systems while providing technical expertise in an Agile environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance mainframe systems using Cobol, CICS, JCL, DB2, and IMS.
• Provide production, system, and troubleshooting support, including rotational on-call duties for evenings or weekends.
• Perform systems analysis and act as a subject matter expert when working with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Collaborate within an Agile framework to deliver system improvements.

Required Skills

• 8-10+ years of experience as a Mainframe Programmer Analyst or Engineer.
• Expertise in Cobol.
• Hands-on experience with CICS.
• Proficiency in JCL.
• Experience with DB2 and/or IMS.
• Proven background in production and system support.
• Strong systems analysis and requirement gathering skills.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies.
• Must be a US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or have an EAD in the final stages of a Green Card.
