Description
Responsibilities
- Handle Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management activities
- Coordinate with business users, onsite teams, and cross-functional support teams for issue resolution
- Lead Major Incident Management (MIM) and bridge calls for critical production outages
- Execute emergency fixes, production deployments, and validation activities
- Communicate with customers and stakeholders regarding incidents, resolutions, and system status
Qualifications
- Required
- Strong hands-on experience in COBOL
- Strong hands-on experience in JCL
- Strong hands-on experience in DB2
- Strong hands-on experience in CICS
- Strong hands-on experience in VSAM
- Experience in customer-facing roles and stakeholder communications
