You will modernize reporting assets within a mainframe environment, focusing on the migration and optimization of Focus-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the update of numerous Focus assets, analyzing current programs and WebFocus reports to document specifications.
• Read and document WebFocus and Mainframe Focus queries, converting them to T-SQL queries.
• Update Focus programs to encapsulate chart of account changes and convert mainframe programs from flat file data sources to database tables.
• Administer the WebFocus environment for the dedicated PALM remediation environment.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Tibco Mainframe Focus or WebFocus.
• Experience with IBM mainframe and Job Control Language (JCL).
• SQL experience with IBM DB2 relational database management systems.
• Proficiency in T-SQL.
• Experience creating reports for financial data including general ledger, purchasing, or revenue data.
• Ability to work on-site in Tallahassee, FL.
• Graduate degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MS Power BI, IBM Cognos, or Tableau.
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing, Operational Data Stores, or Master Data Management.
• Experience with the SCRUM framework or financial ERP systems.
