Description

You will develop and maintain mainframe applications using IMS and CICS technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using COBOL.
• Manage batch processing workflows using JCL scripts.
• Work with IMS database concepts, including IMS/DB and IMS/DC.
• Implement and utilize CICS functionalities and programming interfaces.
• Perform basic mainframe system administration tasks, such as data set management and security.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in COBOL.
• In-depth knowledge of z/OS mainframe operating systems.
• Expertise in IMS database concepts (IMS/DB, IMS/DC).
• Thorough understanding of CICS functionalities.
• Ability to write and manage JCL scripts.
• Familiarity with mainframe system administration tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with mainframe security protocols.
