Description

You will develop and maintain mainframe applications on z/OS, owning the full lifecycle of transaction processing and batch jobs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain COBOL programs for business logic.
• Design and implement CICS transaction processing interfaces.
• Manage IMS/DB and IMS/DC database operations.
• Create and optimize JCL scripts for batch processing.
• Support basic system administration, including dataset management and security.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in mainframe development.
• Strong proficiency in COBOL programming.
• In-depth knowledge of z/OS operating systems.
• Expertise in IMS database concepts (IMS/DB and IMS/DC).
• Thorough understanding of CICS functionalities and programming interfaces.
• Ability to write and manage JCL scripts for batch processing.
• Basic understanding of mainframe system administration tasks.
• Any Graduate degree.
