Description

Develop and maintain mainframe applications on z/OS using COBOL, IMS/DB, IMS/DC, and CICS. You will manage batch workflows via JCL and handle data set administration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL on z/OS.
• Work with IMS/DB and IMS/DC for database and transaction processing.
• Develop and support CICS-based transaction processing applications.
• Write and manage JCL scripts for batch processing workflows.
• Perform data set management and support mainframe system administration tasks.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in COBOL.
• In-depth knowledge of z/OS mainframe operating systems.
• Expertise in IMS/DB and IMS/DC.
• Thorough understanding of CICS functionalities and programming interfaces.
• Ability to write and manage JCL for batch processing.
• Basic mainframe system administration including data set management and security.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years of working experience.
