Description

You will design, develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications within IMS and CICS environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements to define application scope and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain mainframe applications using IMS and CICS.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across mainframe systems to ensure stability.
• Perform system upgrades to optimize performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with teams to guide application integrations and improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Mainframe development.
• Expertise in IMS and CICS environments.
• Proficiency in COBOL programming.
• Experience with JCL and VSAM data management.
• Knowledge of SQL programming for mainframe systems.
• Familiarity with batch processing systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile methodology.
