Description

You will develop and maintain core business logic on the mainframe platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications using COBOL within the mainframe environment.
• Write and manage Job Control Language (JCL) scripts for batch processing.
• Interface with and program using IMS/DB and IMS/DC transaction processing.
• Implement and manage application logic within the CICS environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mainframe development.
• Expert proficiency in COBOL programming.
• In-depth knowledge of IMS/DB database concepts.
• Thorough understanding of CICS functionalities and programming interfaces.
• Proven ability to write and manage JCL scripts.
• Demonstrated experience with z/OS operating system concepts.
• Basic understanding of mainframe data set management and security.
