Description

You will provide infrastructure support and operational management for mainframe environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform Level 1 and Level 2 support for MQ and CICS issues, managing connectivity for internal and external clients.
• Manage IPLs, MVS console activity, HMC operations, and mainframe scheduling activities.
• Support automation efforts to streamline batch cycles and daily functions.
• Oversee alert management using ServiceNow and Splunk dashboards.
• Participate in weekend Disaster Recovery testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mainframe infrastructure roles.
• Strong knowledge of IBM z/OS, JES2, MVS, VTAM, and TSO/ISPF.
• Hands-on experience with Mainview MQ and CICS products.
• Proficiency with IBM HMC Console, IPL processes, and batch processing.
• Experience with CA1/7/11, CA Scheduler, JCL, and Distributed Autosys Scheduler.
• Working knowledge of Windows and UNIX/Linux operating systems.
