Description

You will serve as a technical lead for large-scale enterprise solutions, shaping product vision and mentoring development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of complex enterprise products, collaborating with designers and data consumers.
• Mentor and coach technical staff while defining standards and operational plans.
• Assess technological advancements to improve software delivery pipelines and developer experience.
• Manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of modern software development experience designing, building, deploying, and running applications.
• Extensive programming expertise in Java and J2EE, including Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, and JDBC.
• Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks: Angular 9 or above, React.js, and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in REST API and Web API development.
• Deep understanding of OOPs, Twelve-Factor Application Design principles, and architecture styles.
• 5+ years of experience working on Agile development teams.
• Proven track record as a technical lead on complex enterprise projects.
• Prior SSA or Federal government experience.

Preferred Skills

• Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field.
