Description

You will provide L2 and L3 technical support for critical automotive production applications, owning incident, problem, and change management processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support production line applications through incident and change management workflows.
• Perform root cause analysis, source code debugging, and bug fixes to manage releases.
• Execute daily health checks for applications, scripts, and infrastructure; automate manual tasks.
• Monitor tickets, troubleshoot alerts, and escalate issues as required.
• Document processes in Confluence and serve as the Single Point of Contact for technical queries.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in L2/L3 application production support or development.
• Hands-on proficiency with COBOL and JCL.
• Experience with DB2 and VSAM databases.
• Working knowledge of CICS and Client WebSphere MQ.
• Proven ability to perform deep system troubleshooting and technical problem analysis.
• Strong communication skills for reporting and presenting to clients.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to read, write, and speak German.
