Description

You will lead technical efforts on a key switching product, focusing on design, development, and unit testing. You will operate as an individual contributor to maintain and enhance existing applications and operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions based on customer requirements for switching products.
• Perform unit testing and troubleshoot issues using complex database queries.
• Apply software development methodologies and testing techniques throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications and operating systems.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in the IT industry.
• Proficiency in COBOL, TAL, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with CICS, JCL, DB2, and VSAM.
• Experience with CSF, Stream Weaver, and ALP.
• Working knowledge of ENSCRIBE and TAN Tandem utilities.
• Domain experience in cards, payments, banking, or switching.
• Familiarity with switching platforms such as CONNEX, BASE24, or EPOCH.

• Strong logical thinking and communication skills.
