Lead mainframe development and migration projects while providing technical oversight for complex application logic.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and migration projects, providing technical solutions and analyzing existing application logic.
• Guide team members to improve technical capabilities, productivity, and adherence to coding standards.
• Perform technical feasibility studies, including risk assessment, component breakdown, and architectural best practices.
• Resolve technical issues and manage project risks through regular status reporting and escalation management.
• Ensure process compliance within assigned modules and participate in technical reviews.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Mainframe technologies.
• Expertise in Mainframe COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2.
• Strong understanding of Compiler Directives.
• Proficiency with schedulers and Python scripting.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong technical articulation and communication skills.
• University degree in IT or IT Security.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PostgreSQL.
