Description

Lead technical support and maintenance for enterprise-grade mainframe applications, ensuring system stability and SLA adherence.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage application debugging, troubleshooting, and monitoring to resolve complex production issues.
• Provide technical guidance to the team and ensure strict adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
• Coordinate with customer teams and Service Delivery Managers to prevent escalations.
• Analyze historical incidents to develop solutions, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
• Participate in 24x7 shift rotations to support operational activities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total IT experience.
• Strong proficiency in COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, and VSAM.
• Experience with CA7 and Abend-Aid.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks.
• Proven experience in application support and maintenance.
• Ability to analyze code flow and application functions for debugging.

Preferred Skills

• Domain knowledge in Capital Markets.
