Roles and Responsibilities:

• Administer and support mainframe workload scheduling tools including IZWS, IBM Z Workload Scheduler, Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS), ESP Workload Automation, OPC, OMA, and DWC.
• Perform scheduler migration planning, validation, testing support, defect resolution, and cutover support from legacy tools to target workload automation platforms.
• Analyze and troubleshoot production scheduling issues including job failures, scheduling conflicts, dependency problems, calendar issues, and predecessor-successor relationships.
• Support OPC - Operations Planning and Control and execute workload scheduler migration activities using OMA - OPC Migration Aid tool.
• Coordinate with application, infrastructure, operations, and vendor teams to resolve technical issues and ensure batch workload execution meets business SLAs.

Skills Required:

• 5+ years of experience as a Mainframe Administrator and Mainframe Workload Scheduler Administrator.
• Hands-on experience with IZWS / IBM Z Workload Scheduler and Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS).
• Experience with ESP Workload Automation / Enterprise Systems Platform on IBM z/OS mainframe environments.
• Strong understanding of OPC - Operations Planning and Control and scheduler-related mainframe operations.
• Hands-on experience with OMA - OPC Migration Aid tool for workload scheduler migration activities.

Good to Have:

• DWC - Dynamic Workload Console for monitoring and managing workload schedules.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
