Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled Mainframe Modernization DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in Rocket Software solutions and enterprise DevOps practices to support large-scale mainframe modernization and digital transformation programs.
• The ideal candidate will have expertise in modernizing legacy mainframe development processes, implementing CI/CD pipelines, automating testing and deployments, and integrating mainframe applications with modern DevOps ecosystems.
• The role requires strong knowledge of z/OS environments, application lifecycle management, source code management, automation frameworks, and Rocket Software DevOps solutions to accelerate application delivery while maintaining enterprise-grade reliability, governance, and compliance.

• Experience: 6+ to 12 Years

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in DevOps or mainframe modernization initiatives.
• Strong experience supporting enterprise-scale mainframe environments.
• Hands-on experience implementing Rocket Software-based DevOps solutions.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of software release governance and change management.

• Design and implement DevOps practices for mainframe modernization programs.
