Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery of technical solutions and production support within a mainframe environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams through complex mainframe implementation cycles.
• Own technical solution delivery and production support tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Natural, Adabas, and AS400 environments.
• Collaborate within Agile processes to meet delivery timelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Mainframe Natural and Adabas.
• Expertise in JCL and AS400.
• Proven experience in production support and development roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and team leadership ability.
• Degree requirement: Any Graduate.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of COBOL.
• Experience with IBM iSeries.
• Exposure to IT Service Management tools and Agile methodologies.
