You will manage production support and incident management for multiple Post Trade Technology Mainframe applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor batch processes and CICS applications to ensure stability and resolve incidents under tight SLA deadlines.
• Perform root cause analysis and problem resolution for production issues.
• Manage new client data feeds and report onboarding using FTP and Endevor.
• Lead triage calls and coordinate resolution efforts with onshore, offshore, business, and vendor associates.
• Execute daily handoffs across regions to maintain continuous global support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in application support or development for critical Mainframe environments.
• Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, and CICS.
• Experience with MQ Series, Endevor, FTP, and SAR.
• In-depth understanding of IBM Mainframe batch scheduling tools such as CA7 or OPC/TWS.
• Knowledge of Post Trade Securities Processing, including trades, clearing, settlements, and asset services.
• Ability to support multiple applications simultaneously and work flexible hours, including core hours of 12pm – 9pm ET.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with midrange applications including Windows, UNIX, LINUX, and SQL.
