Description

You will manage and maintain mainframe production environments through technical troubleshooting and incident management.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical mainframe abends through hands-on debugging and analysis.
• Manage production incidents to ensure system stability and uptime.
• Maintain core mainframe technologies including DB2, COBOL, and JCL.
• Collaborate with team members to address production support requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mainframe production support.
• Proficiency in COBOL.
• Hands-on experience with DB2.
• Expertise in JCL.
• Experience with VSAM.
• Experience with CICS.
• Proven track record in incident management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
