Description

You will provide dedicated production support for mainframe environments during standard day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support mainframe production environments.
• Manage batch processing and job execution.
• Apply ITIL processes to incident and problem management.
• Resolve production issues within the mainframe ecosystem.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in COBOL, JCL, and VSAM.
• Experience with DB2 database management.
• Knowledge of CICS transaction processing.
• Understanding of ITIL incident and problem management frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
• 1 year of relevant experience in mainframe support.
