You will lead the planning and execution of Mainframe Modernization projects, focusing on system capabilities, performance, and CICS operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mainframe Modernization initiatives and API integration to ensure seamless system communication.
• Oversee CICS operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Manage project risks, budgets, and timelines while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts to optimize Mainframe utilities and reduce operational costs.
• Mentor team members and maintain project documentation for transparency and accountability.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in Mainframe environments.
• Extensive expertise in Mainframe CICS operations and utilities.
• Proven track record in Mainframe Modernization and API integration.
• Strong project management skills with strategic planning and execution focus.
• Ability to deliver projects within budget and time constraints.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for diverse team interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Any Graduate).
