You will manage the planning and execution of Mainframe Modernization projects, ensuring system capabilities and performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mainframe Modernization projects to enhance system capabilities and performance.
• Oversee the integration of Mainframe APIs for efficient system communication.
• Provide strategic direction to project teams to meet defined objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement Mainframe Utilities improvements.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and budget constraints.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Mainframe Modernization techniques.
• Proficiency in Mainframe CICS and Mainframe API integration.
• Extensive experience with IBM Mainframe Utilities.
• Strong project management skills focused on strategic planning.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse team collaboration.
