Description

You will lead the planning and execution of Mainframe Modernization projects to enhance system capabilities and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the integration of Mainframe APIs to ensure seamless system communication.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Mainframe operations and reduce costs.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and budget.
• Provide strategic direction to project teams to achieve objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Mainframe Utilities improvements.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in Mainframe Utilities and Mainframe Modernization techniques.
• Proficiency in Mainframe CICS and Mainframe API integration.
• Strong project management skills focused on strategic planning and execution.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery within budget and time constraints.
• Experience with IBM Mainframe environments.
• Bachelor's degree.
