Description

You will own the core credit card journey through mainframe development and lead offshore resources to ensure successful project delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on development tasks within the credit card lifecycle.
• Lead and guide 3-4 offshore resources by resolving technical issues and answering questions.
• Provide technical direction to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of senior-level mainframe experience.
• Expertise in COBOL.
• Proficiency in DB2.
• Experience with CICS, including the ability to write code.
• Proven experience leading offshore development teams.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in banking or credit card domains.
• Experience with test automation.
