Description

Manage complex mainframe programming projects as a technical specialist. Own the analysis, documentation, and troubleshooting of system controls and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document data, requirements, workflows, and system controls.
• Research and troubleshoot programming bugs to ensure system stability.
• Develop technical recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
• Provide nightly batch support via a rotational on-call schedule (two weeks every three months).

Required Skills

• 8+ years of mainframe programming experience.
• Proficiency in COBOL.
• Experience with CICS.
• Strong knowledge of DB2.
• Expertise in JCL.
• Advanced research, analytical, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ability to work on complex, high-impact technical assignments.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of FIS/Systematics Core Banking applications.
