Description

You will manage and maintain the AS400 environment, including RPG and CL programming, job scheduling, and system interfaces.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain RPG and CL programs for financial and manufacturing processes.
• Schedule application jobs using Robot Scheduling and manage day-to-day IT operations.
• Resolve complex system problems and provide on-call support as needed.
• Manage interfaces with CPQ/Configurator, payroll/GL, and supply chain systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing the AS400/iSeries environment.
• Proficiency in RPG and CL programming.
• Hands-on experience with Job Scheduling, specifically Robot Scheduling.
• Familiarity with AS400 Queries and SQL.
• Experience managing FTP processes.
• Subject Matter Expertise in MacPac and iSeries servers.
• Knowledge of EDI transactions and financial month-end/year-end processing.
• Experience with third-party software including Robot, Faxstar, Implementer, and Gumbo's Report Manager.
