Description

You will own the analysis, design, and documentation of data and business processes within a mainframe environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, define, and document requirements for data and business processes.
• Design and coordinate changes to legacy modules.
• Estimate feasibility and compatibility for new programs and projects.
• Perform quality control for all project deliverables.
• Document program and project deliverables as assigned.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a programmer analyst in corporate or government settings.
• COBOL and Mainframe programming expertise.
• 1+ years of experience exposing COBOL programs as web services via CICS Transaction Server (CTS).
• Proficiency with TSO, MVS, JCL, ENDEVOR, CA Tools, SQL, DB2, and VSAM.
• Experience with financial processes analysis and modification.
• Strong analytical, planning, and complex problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work within large, diverse project teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with .NET/C#.
• State or county government experience.
• Secure Socket Layer (SSL) experience.
