Description

You will manage and maintain mainframe applications, data structures, and batch processing workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain code using COBOL and CICS.
• Manage database operations and queries within DB2.
• Execute and troubleshoot batch jobs using JCL.
• Apply analytical skills to resolve technical issues and maintain system stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with COBOL.
• Proficiency in CICS.
• Experience with DB2.
• Experience with JCL.
• Hands-on experience with Serena ChangeMan.
• Familiarity with IBM OnDemand Admin and GoAnywhere.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes including Incident, Release, and Change Management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT.
• Experience with FIS ALLTEL/SYSTEMATICS applications.
• Knowledge of Tax Systems.
