Description

Own functional, regression, and performance testing for Mainframe, web, and DB2 applications.

You will design test strategies, execute tests, and coordinate with offshore teams to maintain high software quality standards. You will manage stakeholders, highlight risks, and drive issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Execute test strategy, design, and execution for Mainframe, web, and DB2 applications.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure quality.
• Apply agile methodologies to streamline the testing process.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and manage onsite stakeholder expectations.
• Identify risks, suggest value-adds, and raise well-structured issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA (Functional) testing.
• Strong knowledge of DB2 database testing.
• Experience with Jira for issue tracking and management.
• Proven ability in offshore coordination and stakeholder management.
• Experience in multi-tasking and taking initiative.

Preferred Skills

• Test Automation skills with Selenium and Python.
• Domain knowledge in Custody and capital markets.
