Description

Test mainframe healthcare applications for claims, eligibility, and member data accuracy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of mainframe healthcare applications.
• Analyze business requirements to create test cases and scenarios.
• Execute functional, system, regression, and UAT testing.
• Validate batch processing, online transactions, and data feeds.
• Identify, log, and track defects through resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Mainframe QA or testing experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with COBOL and JCL.
• Proficiency in CICS and VSAM.
• Experience with DB2 and strong SQL skills for data validation.
• Knowledge of healthcare domain systems (Claims, Enrollment, Eligibility, Provider, Member).
• Experience with ALM, Quality Center, or JIRA.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and data handling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Agile or Waterfall environments.
• Background in healthcare application testing.
