Description

You will validate the quality and accuracy of mainframe-based healthcare applications through manual testing and defect tracking.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing on mainframe healthcare applications.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into test cases and scenarios.
• Execute functional, system, regression, and UAT testing.
• Validate batch processing, online transactions, and data feeds.
• Identify, log, and track defects through resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Mainframe QA / Testing experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, and CICS.
• Proficiency with VSAM and DB2.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation.
• Experience in Healthcare domain (Claims, Enrollment, Eligibility, Provider, Member systems).
• Experience with batch and online testing.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
• Experience working in Agile or Waterfall environments.
• Experience with ALM / Quality Center / JIRA.
