Description

You lead quality engineering for Mainframe and API testing within the Credit Cards functional area, owning the end-to-end test lifecycle from planning to execution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, cases, and strategies for Mainframe and API systems.
• Partner with developers to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Ready/Done.
• Lead proof of concepts for new testing technologies and drive continuous improvement of test solutions.
• Apply BDD/TDD principles and manage test data provisioning for automated testing.
• Manage enterprise risk, governance, and regulatory alignment through rigorous quality frameworks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of QA experience with deep expertise in Mainframe testing.
• Strong background in API testing and automation.
• Proficiency in Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience with test data management and automated test data provisioning.
• Ability to lead QE initiatives and provide technical feedback during design and development.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
