Description

You will support and maintain the organization's mainframe scheduling tooling environment, ensuring system stability and efficient batch processing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement standardized processes for scheduling tool agent installs, uninstalls, and upgrades.
• Provide Level 2 production support and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution.
• Plan, communicate, and coordinate scheduling tool upgrades across all environments.
• Perform post-upgrade validation and checkout activities to ensure system stability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex scheduling and batch processing issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IBM Mainframe Operations.
• Strong experience with scheduling tools such as ESP, CA7, UC4, and Robot.
• Working knowledge of MVS, JES, CICS, DB2, and VTAM commands.
• Experience with JCL, NDM, and FTP.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system and Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience in day-to-day production support environments.
• MCA, B.Tech, or M.Tech qualification.
