Description

You will own mainframe security procedures, implementing and maintaining access controls using CA Top Secret to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mainframe security procedures using CA Top Secret and related tools.
• Implement team tooling and automation using JCL, Python, and REXX.
• Resolve access issues and continuously improve the audit process.
• Collaborate with developers and operations analysts on technical projects.
• Build relationships with business partners to strengthen security controls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT or security.
• In-depth knowledge of z/OS security management and CA Top Secret.
• Proficiency in scripting languages: JCL, Python, and REXX.
• Understanding of mainframe components: MVS, Linux, and Unix.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• Solid grasp of Information Security principles.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cross-platform technical environments.
• Background in building or maintaining security automation tooling.
