You will manage and optimize security configurations across mainframe environments, ensuring robust access control and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize ESM settings using IBM-RACF and ACF2.
• Implement and enhance Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) frameworks.
• Manage the full digital certificate lifecycle from issuance to revocation.
• Configure security controls for volumes, datasets, and subsystems including DB2, IMS, and CICS.
• Apply z/OS Encryption APIs and configure Crypto cards to secure the environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mainframe security and ESM configuration.
• Expertise in IBM-RACF and ACF2.
• Advanced knowledge of encryption technologies and protocols for mainframe environments.
• Experience managing digital certificates and certificate lifecycles.
• Hands-on experience with z/OS Encryption APIs and Crypto card configuration.
• Proficiency with IBM zSecure security products.
• Practical knowledge of DB2, IMS, CICS, and SQL.
• US Citizenship or Green Card status required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Programming skills in REXX or other relevant languages for security automation.
