Description

Provide technical analysis and support for mainframe security within a complex Multi-LPAR RACF environment. Drive resolution for complex Information Security Engineering challenges through technical evaluation and large-scale planning.

Responsibilities

• Perform mainframe security risk assessments and implement necessary remediations.
• Collaborate with security engineering personnel to meet compliance and policy requirements.
• Issue RACF commands and perform technical diagnoses within the z/OS environment.
• Consult on large-scale planning and technical deliverables related to Information Security Engineering.
• Evaluate variable factors to drive resolution for complex security engineering challenges.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Information Security Engineering experience.
• 5+ years of mainframe security risk assessment and remediation experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Resource Access Control Facility (RACF) experience using z/OS 2.1 or above.
• 5+ years of experience using native z/OS and RACF tools.
• Proficiency with RACF, zSecure, and CICS.
• Experience working with RRSF (RACF Remote Sharing Facility) and RACF/DB2.
• Ability to issue RACF commands and perform system diagnosis.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of JCL (Job Control Language) experience.
• 5+ years of TSO (Time Sharing Option) and zSecure tool experience.
