• At least 6 to 9 years of related work experience with RACF and Mainframe • Program/Project management experience developing and managing complex interdependent programs/projects/products. • Experience with RACF for z/OS. • Experience with z/OS utilities and facilities (such as: TSO, ISPF, SDSF) • Understanding of database technology (such as: DB2, SQL, MS SQL, PostGRE SQL) • Understanding of Mainframe security monitoring, automation, and reporting tools like zSecure, compliance manager, Multifactor Authentication. • Knowledge of implementing Digital Certificates, encryption, MFA." Desired Skills : "Capable of project planning, organization, time management skills, build roadmaps and Gantt charts. • MS Office business application experience (Excel, Word, Access, Power Point) • Experience with SDLC, Agile practices, JIRA/Rally tools, collaboration tools like Confluence, Github pages
