Description

You will serve as the primary mainframe developer for Recall Suite applications, owning design, development, and maintenance of core components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mainframe software using COBOL, JCL, DB2, and IMS for batch and real-time processing.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve defects while maintaining system stability.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and engineers to deliver features and manage the product backlog.
• Support application modernization initiatives, including integrations and migration efforts to Google Cloud Platform.
• Perform unit and integration testing while ensuring compliance with security, audit, and support standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on mainframe development experience.
• Strong expertise in COBOL, JCL, DB2, and IMS.
• Experience with batch and real-time mainframe processing.
• Exposure to APIs and cloud platforms, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven track record of supporting production systems and participating in application modernization.
