Description

You will manage and support mainframe and distributed systems to ensure stable production operations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents across COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and UNIX/Linux environments.
• Lead incident calls and coordinate real-time recovery updates with global teams.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets, job failures, and implement workflow improvements.
• Participate in global "follow-the-sun" support and on-call rotations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of production support experience.
• Proficiency with COBOL, JCL, DB2, and VSAM.
• Experience with UNIX/Linux environments.
• Scripting skills in Shell, Python, Perl, or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and incident management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
