Description

You will maintain mainframe operations and resolve batch job issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor mainframe batch job cycles and CPU utilization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve failed or delayed batch jobs.
• Identify and address long-running or stalled jobs.
• Use ServiceNow for request fulfillment and escalation.
• Collaborate with Application Development and Technical Support teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of technical experience in Systems Analysis and System Design.
• Proficiency with Mainframe batch processing.
• Hands-on experience with JCL and TSO.
• Experience with MQ, CICS, DB2, or IMS databases.
• Familiarity with Zeke Scheduling.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using ServiceNow for service request tracking.
