You will provide hands-on technical support for mainframe applications and manage ITIL processes across assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for mainframe applications.
• Manage tasks following established ITIL processes.
• Support system operations during assigned shifts and weekends.
• Maintain clear written and verbal communication regarding support activities.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of relevant experience in mainframe environments.
• Direct experience with MachineFrame.
• Hands-on expertise in Application Support.
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Ability to work in a shift-based schedule including weekends.
• Strong technical written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other mainframe support tools beyond MachineFrame.
