Description

You provide L2/L3 support for mainframe applications and infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2.
• Ensure system availability and performance meet defined SLAs.
• Maintain mainframe application stability.
• Perform batch and online processing support.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in mainframe technologies.
• Proficiency in COBOL.
• Expertise with JCL.
• Experience with CICS and DB2.
• Knowledge of Mainframe Architecture.
• Skills in Performance Tuning.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Azure cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with Gen AI technologies (OpenAI, Gemini AI).
