Description

You will manage the lifecycle and performance of the z/OS operating system and associated software products.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities, software releases, and major OS upgrades.
• Evaluate, plan, install, and maintain the z/OS operating system and related software.
• Develop operational standards and provide technical assistance to application developers and operations personnel.
• Assist in selecting software and hardware subsystems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide regular management reports and analysis to customers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system administration.
• Direct experience managing z/OS operating systems.
• Proven ability to lead major software and hardware upgrades.
• Experience in evaluating and planning software product installations.
• Ability to develop technical operational standards.
• Experience providing technical support to development and operations teams.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
