What's the Job?

• Lead migration projects from CA OPS/MVS to IBM Tivoli Systems Automation for z/OS and from CA Automation Point to IBM SAIOM.
• Configure and implement IBM Systems Automation solutions, including policy-based automation for z/OS environments.
• Develop and maintain automation rules, REXX scripts, and System Automation Policy Database (PDB) configurations.
• Assist with installation and configuration of IBM automation products to ensure optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with operations teams to optimize system startup, shutdown, and recovery processes, ensuring high availability and operational efficiency.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5+ years experience in mainframe operations, support, or consultancy roles.
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with IBM Tivoli Systems Automation for z/OS.
• Proficiency in CA OPS/MVS, TSO, ISPF, and JCL.
• Strong scripting skills in REXX and working knowledge of System Automation Policy Database (PDB).
• Proven experience in z/OS automation migration projects and familiarity with NetView for z/OS
