Lead mainframe technical operations and workload management for enterprise batch processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize IBM z Workload Scheduler processes to ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Develop, maintain, and debug automation scripts using REXX to streamline operational workflows.
• Write and maintain complex JCL for batch processing, ensuring accuracy and performance.
• Oversee the technical execution of mainframe workloads, resolving bottlenecks and ensuring SLA compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in mainframe environments.
• Expert-level proficiency with IBM z Workload Scheduler.
• Strong command of JCL for complex batch job management.
• Advanced REXX programming skills for automation and scripting.
• Proven ability to debug and optimize mainframe workloads.
• Any graduate degree required.
