Description

Lead technical efforts for mainframe development projects, overseeing design, implementation, and deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and review the work of mainframe developers.
• Apply agile methodologies to streamline development and testing processes.
• Provide support for fixing defects during the testing cycle.
• Develop and maintain applications using COBOL, PL1, JCL, and DB2.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in mainframe environments.
• Strong knowledge of COBOL, DB2, and PL1.
• Proficiency in SQL Stored Procedure Development.
• Experience with Online CICS, MQ, and Batch Processing.
• Familiarity with RTC IDZ tools and JIRA.
• Excellent debugging and optimization skills.
• Knowledge of JCL.
