Description

Lead technical direction and code reviews for mainframe development projects while guiding the team and managing workload capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation and provide architectural guidance to the development team.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Manage workload requirements and adjust capacity based on project needs.
• Ensure delivery of robust mainframe solutions using COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and DB2.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Mainframe environments.
• Proficiency in COBOL development.
• Strong knowledge of JCL.
• Experience with VSAM datasets.
• Experience with DB2 databases.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Banking domain knowledge.
