Description

Lead technical delivery and development for mainframe-based systems and migration projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review COBOL, CICS, and VSAM programs.
• Review technical and functional designs alongside subject matter experts.
• Create cutover and deployment plans for production go-lives.
• Manage application integration by creating flow diagrams and supporting integration testing and UAT defect resolution.
• Coordinate with scheduling teams and provide hypercare support during deployments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in mainframe development.
• Expertise in COBOL, CICS, and VSAM.
• Strong understanding of JCL and JES concepts.
• Experience with Mainframe to Cloud migration.
• Proficiency in Microfocus development and infrastructure.
• Experience performing integration testing.
• Ability to produce scheduling turnover forms.
